Every EKOZOU bottle is backed by a 30-day warranty for your peace of mind covering material and workmanship defects.

What’s Covered

Material & Manufacturing Quality
At EKOZOU, we take pride in the quality of every bottle we create. If your EKOZOU bottle shows a genuine material or manufacturing defect, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll work to make it right. Where applicable, we may replace the affected part at no cost. If an exact replacement isn’t available, we may offer a similar in-stock product or, when appropriate, replace the bottle.

Designed for Everyday Use
Our warranty applies when your EKOZOU bottle is used and cared for as intended. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Authorised Purchases
To ensure authenticity and proper support, this warranty applies only to EKOZOU products purchased through our official stores or authorised channels. This helps us ensure that every bottle you receive is genuine and backed by our quality commitment.

What’s Not Covered

Even the most durable EKOZOU bottles have their limits, and our warranty can’t cover everything. It does not apply to:

• Everyday wear and tear – such as scratches, dents, chips, colour fading, or friction marks.
• Accidental damage – including drops, impacts, misuse, or neglect.
• Cosmetic marks – blemishes, sticker residue, or minor scuffs that don’t affect performance.
• Improper care or storage – like stubborn odors, mold, rust, or damage from cleaning methods not recommended.
• Third-party modifications – including engravings, stickers, or added accessories.
• Products not purchased from official EKOZOU channels – only authorised purchases are covered.

Warranty Limitations

EKOZOU’s 30-Day Warranty covers your bottle only as described in our policy. It does not include any additional warranties, express or implied, such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The warranty becomes void if the bottle is modified, repaired, or tampered with by anyone other than EKOZOU. To help us verify any issues, we may request photos or ask that the bottle be shipped to us. This ensures we uphold our high quality standards.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not include monetary reimbursement. Our total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the bottle. We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages.
