Every EKOZOU bottle and accessory is carefully picked, packed, and sent out with lots of care from our team to you. Because of this, once your order is confirmed, it’s considered final, and we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

We know choosing the perfect bottle is a little moment of joy — from picking your favourite colour to finding the size and features that fit your lifestyle. Take your time exploring before checkout, and if you ever need help deciding, we’re always here and happy to guide you.
